     69-8-410. Unauthorized switching -- commission rulemaking. (1) An electricity supplier or any person, firm, corporation, or governmental entity may not make any change in the electricity supplier for a customer without first obtaining the customers written permission.
     (2) The commission shall promulgate rules establishing procedures to prevent unauthorized switching.
