7-22-2223. Financial operation. (1) Material, equipment, and services purchased or leased by the board are to be paid for by warrants drawn on the fund.
     (2) Payment received for material, equipment, and services supplied by the board is to be deposited in the fund. Reimbursement payments as provided for in 7-22-2225 and penalties collected under 7-22-2226 are to be deposited in the fund.
