     7-6-2351. District court budget. (1) As soon as the county proposed budget provided for in 7-6-2315 has been agreed upon by the governing body, a copy shall be transmitted to the district court. At any time before the final adoption of the budget, the district court may make recommendations for changes in any part of the budget relating to the court considered necessary for the court to discharge its obligations under the law.
     (2) No part of the district court fund may be used for any purpose other than the costs and expenses described in 7-6-2511, and no part may be used for the construction or improvement of any county building.
