     70-28-106. Notice of action to be filed with clerk and recorder. Before any order for the publication of summons is granted as provided in Rule 4, M.R.Civ.P., the plaintiff shall file, in the office of the clerk and recorder of each county in which any of the property involved in such action is situated, a notice of the pendency of such action, signed by the plaintiff or his attorney, which notice shall contain:
     (1) the title of the court in which such action is filed;
     (2) the full caption of the cause;
     (3) a complete description of all the property involved in such action; and
     (4) a statement of the relief sought by plaintiff.
