     82-10-305. Proceedings. Having first obtained a certificate from the board, a natural gas public utility desiring to exercise the right of eminent domain for the purpose of acquiring property for the underground storage of natural gas shall do so in the manner provided in this section. The natural gas public utility shall present to the district court of the county wherein the land is situated a complaint setting forth the purpose for which the property is sought to be acquired, a description of the property sought to be appropriated, and the names of the owners thereof as shown by the records of the county. The plaintiff shall file the certificate of the board as a part of its complaint, and no order by the court granting the complaint shall be entered without the certificate being filed therewith. Subsequent proceedings shall follow the procedure provided by law in the exercise of the rights of eminent domain, Title 70, chapters 30 and 31.
