     82-2-112. Defective locations good against persons with notice. The period of time prescribed by this law for the performance of any act shall not be deemed mandatory where the act is performed before the rights of third persons have intervened, and no defect in the posted notice or recorded certificate shall be deemed material, except as against one who has located the same ground or some portion thereof in good faith and without notice. Notice to an agent who makes a location in behalf of another shall be deemed notice to his principal, and notice to one of several coclaimants shall be deemed notice to all.
