     90-8-302. Restriction on investment. In addition to the requirements of 90-8-301, no more than 50% of the equity raised by a Montana capital company or by the Montana small business investment capital company may be invested in any one business, and no more than 25% of the total funds raised for which tax credits were claimed pursuant to the investment credit provisions of this chapter may be invested in any one business.
