     1-5-408. Fees for filing commission and issuing certificates. The secretary of state shall set by rule the fees for filing or issuing certificates. The fees must be commensurate with costs. The secretary of state shall use application forms soliciting the information required by this part. The county clerk of any county in this state shall receive a fee as provided in 7-4-2631 for filing a copy of the commission and certifying to the official character.
