18-5-308. (Temporary) Construction with other sections. Procurement from small businesses under this part is subject to all other statutes governing state procurement and all rules promulgated thereunder, as now or hereafter amended, except that in case of conflict this part governs and the provisions set forth in 18-1-102, 18-1-111, and 18-1-112 shall not apply.
