     3-5-404. When sheriff to provide facilities. (1) If suitable rooms for holding the district court and chambers of the judge of said court be not provided in any county by the board of county commissioners thereof, together with the attendants, furniture, fuel, lights, and stationery sufficient for the transaction of business, the court or the judge thereof may direct the sheriff of the county to provide such rooms, attendants, furniture, fuel, lights, and stationery.
     (2) The expenses incurred, certified by the judge to be correct, are a charge against the county treasury and must be paid out of the general fund thereof.
