     32-8-518. Confidentiality -- supervisory agency personnel -- penalty for violation. (1) Except as required by judicial order or as otherwise provided by 32-8-301 and this part, an employee of a supervisory agency who conducts an examination, investigation, or audit of a depository or who receives a report or another type of information about a depository from another employee of a supervisory agency may not disclose the identity of a customer to another person who is not officially associated with an examination, investigation, or audit of a depository.
     (2) A person who knowingly violates subsection (1) must be removed from office and is guilty of a felony. Upon conviction, the person shall be punished by a fine of $10,000, by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 10 years, or by both fine and imprisonment.
