     50-60-514. District court -- jurisdiction -- restraining orders. The district court of any county has jurisdiction in equity, on application of the department of commerce, to restrain from connection any new plumbing installations on finding, after hearing, that the plumbing is inferior to the standards of the state plumbing code.
