     61-10-203. Alternative gross weight fees on motortrucks and truck tractors with special trailer combinations. (1) In addition to other fees for the licensing of vehicles, there must be paid and collected annually for each motortruck or truck tractor operating under the provisions of 61-10-124(4) and (5), based upon the maximum combined gross loaded weight of a truck tractor or a motortruck and trailers, as set by the licensee in the application, the following fees:
