     7-21-3412. Appropriation of money for expenses of exhibiting at other fairs. The board of county commissioners of any county in Montana may appropriate each year the sum of $1,000 (or so much thereof as may be necessary) out of the general funds of the county for the purpose of defraying the expenses of collecting, transporting, and taking care of any exhibit from such county at any state fair, county agricultural fair, 4-H club or future farmers fair, seed show, or other agricultural exhibit held within the state or county.
