     7-21-3435. Management of fair district money -- district fair fund. (1) The funds available to a district fair shall, on the first Monday in August or as soon thereafter as may be possible, be deposited with the county treasurer of the county in which the district fair is to be held and credited to a fund to be known as the district fair fund and shall be held and paid out in the same manner as the county fair fund, except that it shall be paid out on district fair board warrants signed by the chairman or the vice-chairman and the secretary of the district fair board.
     (2) The treasurer of the county in which the district fair will be held shall carry the money received from the various counties in the district in the regular county fair fund in the same manner as regular county fair money, payable, however, only on district fair warrants.
