     7-33-2128. Dissolution of fire district. Any fire district organized under this part may be dissolved by the board of county commissioners upon presentation of a petition therefor signed by the owners of 50% or more of the area of the privately owned lands included within such fire district who constitute a majority of the taxpayers who are freeholders of such area and whose names appear upon the last-completed assessment roll. The procedure and requirements outlined in 7-33-2101 through 7-33-2103 shall apply to such requests for dissolution of fire districts.
