     7-8-2707. Organization of board -- conduct of business. (1) The board shall, from its membership, select a chairman. The county clerk shall be the clerk of said board.
     (2) The board shall hold regular meetings on the first Wednesday following the first Monday of each month and may hold meetings whenever deemed necessary upon call of the chairman or a majority of the members. Three members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The board may adopt whatever rules it deems proper for the conduct of its meetings.
     (3) The county clerk, as clerk of the advisory board, shall keep the minutes of all meetings thereof and be custodian of all its records. It shall be the duty of the board to keep a record of the minutes of all meetings thereof in a suitable book, provided by the board of county commissioners for that purpose, and to preserve all important documents, maps, plats, and papers.
