     72-16-475. Maximum value of required lien property. (1) The maximum value of the property that the department may require as lien property with respect to any estate is a value that is not greater than the sum of the deferred amount and the required interest amount.
     (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the value of any property is determined as of the date prescribed by 72-16-441 for payment of the tax without interest and is determined by taking into account any encumbrances.
