     81-6-102. Organization of committee -- officers -- meetings. Said county livestock protective committee shall upon appointment and annually thereafter organize by election of a chairman and a secretary. Meetings of the committee shall be held at the call of the chairman or any two members of the committee. Minutes of all meetings of the committee shall be kept by the secretary. Such minutes shall be presented at the ensuing meeting of the committee and upon approval thereof shall be signed by the chairman and secretary and immediately thereafter deposited with the county clerk and recorder and kept available for public inspection.
