     81-8-503. Expenditures for purebred livestock shows and sales. The boards of county commissioners of the several counties of the state of Montana may and they are hereby authorized to expend annually from the general fund of the county, not to exceed a sum equal to a levy of one-fourth mill on the taxable property of the county, for the purpose of conducting special purebred livestock shows and special purebred livestock sales within the county.
