HOUSE BILL NO. 57
INTRODUCED BY R. ERICKSON, CHRISTIAENS, ELLINGSON, FRITZ, GALVIN-HALCRO, GUTSCHE, HALLIGAN, WANZENRIED
AN ACT TRANSFERRING MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SECTION 8 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE RESERVE ACCOUNT TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING REVOLVING LOAN ACCOUNT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Transfer of housing assistance money. There is transferred $500,000 from the federal housing and urban development section 8 administrative fee reserve account to the affordable housing revolving loan account established in 90-6-133.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2001.
