AN ACT ABOLISHING OBSOLETE PROVISIONS REQUIRING CLERKS OF DISTRICT COURTS TO KEEP NATURALIZATION RECORDS AND TO COLLECT FEES FOR NATURALIZATION; AND REPEALING SECTIONS 3-5-514 AND 3-5-515, MCA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. Sections 3-5-514 and 3-5-515, MCA, are repealed.
