A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR PLANNING THE EXPANSION OF THE PHYSICAL FACILITY AT THE MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY-GREAT FALLS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:



     NEW SECTION.  Section 1.  Appropriation -- purpose. There is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents $60,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, to be used in planning for the expansion of the physical facility at the Montana state university-Great Falls college of technology.



     NEW SECTION.  Section 2.  Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2001.
