A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT ELIMINATING THE LIABILITY OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS AND MINING COMPANIES FOR NEGLIGENCE OF EMPLOYEES; REPEALING SECTIONS 39-2-703 AND 39-2-704, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Sections 39-2-703 and 39-2-704, MCA, are repealed.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
