     15-17-321. Resale for nonpayment. (1) If a purchaser other than the county does not pay the delinquent taxes, including penalties, interest, and costs, before 10 a.m. on the next business day following the day of purchase at a tax sale, the property must be made available for sale for the amount of the delinquent taxes, including penalties, interest, and costs, on the following business day of the sale, except as provided in subsection (2).
     (2) If the sale was made on the last day of the tax sale and payment was not received as provided in subsection (1), the county is considered to be the purchaser as provided in 15-17-214.
