20-20-421. Voting machines and electronic voting systems. Whenever voting machines or electronic voting systems are available to a district, such voting devices may be used for a school election. Any district that uses a voting machine or an electronic voting system shall do so in accordance with the provisions of chapter 17 of Title 13. In construing the provisions of that chapter, the "county governing body" and the "election administrator" shall, for the purposes of this section, be considered to refer to trustees and "county" shall be considered to refer to district.
