33-28-206. Rules. The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. The rules may include but are not limited to rules relating to forms, payment of fees, licensing, capital and surplus, formation of companies, reports, examinations, investigations, and suspension and revocation of licenses.
