     37-30-411. Only licensed barber eligible for barbershop license. A barbershop license may not be issued to anyone except one who holds a valid barber's certificate under this chapter, and a barbershop may not be maintained or conducted except by one who holds a barbershop license issued by the department under this chapter. This certificate or license is not transferable as to person or place.
