     37-30-422. Maintenance of sanitary conditions. Barbershops, barber schools, and barber colleges must be operated and maintained in a sanitary condition in order to preserve the public health and prevent the spread of disease. The board of barbers, in consultation with the department of public health and human services, may adopt rules to preserve the public health and prevent the spread of disease.
