     37-30-424. Fee for advanced barber training program, clinic, or seminar. A person who is not a resident of this state who conducts in this state any advanced barber training program, clinic, or seminar for barbers as defined in this chapter shall pay a license fee prescribed by the board to the department or a 10-day license fee prescribed by the board and display the license while operating. An advanced barber training program, clinic, or seminar may be inspected by the department at reasonable times during operation.
