37-9-305. Renewal of registration and license. Each holder of a nursing home administrator's registration and license shall renew it by payment of the required fee for the next subsequent period prior to the expiration date of the currently valid registration and license. Renewals of registrations or licenses must be granted as a matter of course. However, if the board finds, after notice and hearing, that the applicant has acted or failed to act in a manner or under circumstances that would constitute grounds for discipline, it may not issue the renewal.
