     39-51-503. Agreements with railroad retirement board. The department is authorized to cooperate with and enter into agreements with the railroad retirement board with respect to establishment, maintenance, and use of employment service facilities and to make available to the railroad retirement board the records of the department relating to employer's status and contributions received from employers covered by the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act (45 U.S.C. 351, et seq.), together with employee wage records and other data that the railroad retirement board considers necessary or desirable for the administration of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act. Any money received by the department from the railroad retirement board or any other governmental agency with respect to the establishment, maintenance, and use of employment service facilities must be paid into and credited to the proper division of the unemployment insurance administration fund set up and established under 39-51-406 and 39-51-407.
