     69-14-120. Violations of provisions relating to rails coming together. A railroad or railway company and its officers or agents who refuse or fail to comply with the provisions of 69-14-118 or any order or rule made by the commission under 69-14-118 is subject to a fine of not less than $25 or more than $50. Each day of refusal or failure is considered a separate offense and is subject to the penalty in this section. The fine must be recovered in a civil action filed upon complaint of the commission in any court of competent jurisdiction.
