     69-14-252. Accident reports. Every railroad company operating any line of railroad within this state shall promptly upon the occurrence of any accident mentioned in 69-14-112(2) report the same to the commission. In the report shall be stated the time and place of the accident, the names of the persons killed or injured, and the value of any property destroyed.
