     7-3-1205. Certification of petition -- board action. (1) If the county election administrator finds that the petition or amended petition is signed by the required number of registered electors, the election administrator shall certify the finding to the board of county commissioners at their next regular meeting.
     (2) The board shall, within 10 days after receiving the election administrator's certificate, order a special election to be held on the question. The order must specify that the election will be held in conjunction with the next regular or primary election. The board of county commissioners shall issue a proclamation setting forth the purpose for which the special election is held and the date of holding the election. The proclamation must be published in the manner prescribed by 13-1-108.
