     7-35-101. Joint conduct of cemeteries. The board of county commissioners of any county within Montana is hereby given jurisdiction and power to establish and conduct cemeteries jointly with any incorporated city or town in such county and jointly with any incorporated city or town, to acquire and conduct cemeteries already established or conducted by any person, firm, or corporation, including municipal corporations.
