     7-7-2225. Filing of petition with election administrator -- certificate. (1) The completed petition shall be filed with the election administrator. The election administrator shall, within 15 days thereafter, carefully examine the petition and the county records showing the qualifications of the petitioners and attach a certificate, under his official signature and the seal of his office.
     (2) The certificate shall set forth:
     (a) the total number of individuals who are registered electors;
     (b) which and how many of the individuals whose names are subscribed to the petition possess all of the qualifications required of signers of such a petition;
     (c) whether such qualified signers constitute more or less than 20% of the registered electors of the county.
