     77-1-605. Types of developments. The developments contemplated may include those projects that will develop or conserve the various state land resources, including water, both surface and underground, grazing land, agricultural land, and timber land to the benefit of the state. They may also include expenses necessary to perfect title to lands claimed by the state which are suitable for development and other expenses or costs which in the judgment of the board are desirable or necessary in order to develop or increase the value of the land or the revenue therefrom.
