     80-2-241. Report of losses. All losses by hail to crops insured under this part shall be reported within 14 days thereafter by the owner of such crops, his agent or attorney, to the board of hail insurance, which shall require the claimant to make a statement of the losses sustained, the cause thereof, and such other information as the board may require on the forms to be provided for such purpose. If a loss is reported more than 14 days after it occurs, the board shall charge the claimant for all costs incurred in making the adjustment.
