     81-9-313. Dead or fallen animal records. (1) When a licensed renderer or his agent receives a dead or fallen animal, he shall present a dead or fallen animal record to the person, corporation, or association which has requested him to remove the dead or fallen animal. The record shall be on forms prescribed by the department and contain information the department may, by rule, require.
     (2) The report shall be executed in quadruplicate. The original copy shall accompany the carcass and hide until the hide is officially inspected for marks and brands. The duplicate shall be retained by the licensed renderer for the time which the department in its discretion requires. The triplicate shall be filed within 7 days after its execution and without cost in the office of the county clerk and recorder of the county in which the animal is received by the licensed renderer or his agent. The quadruplicate shall be retained by the person, corporation, or association which requested removal of the dead or fallen animal.
