A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT ELIMINATING A PROHIBITION ON SALES OF CERTAIN SERVICES BY UNIVERSITY FITNESS CENTERS; AND REPEALING SECTIONS 20-25-331 AND 20-25-332, MCA."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Sections 20-25-331 and 20-25-332, MCA, are repealed.
