A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT EXTENDING THE LAW PROVIDING FOR FAMILY IMPACT NOTES; AND AMENDING SECTION 8, CHAPTER 339, LAWS OF 1999."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Section 8, Chapter 339, Laws of 1999, is amended to read:
"Section 8. Termination. [This act] terminates October 1, 2003 2005."
