13-13-203. Absentee ballots where nonpaper-based voting systems are used. (1) In precincts where nonpaper-based voting systems are used, the election administrator shall provide:
     (a) paper ballots in the official form specified according to rules adopted pursuant to 13-12-202 for qualified electors who may vote absentee as provided in 13-13-201; and
     (b) ballot boxes required for each precinct.
     (2) Absentee ballots received in those precincts must be handled as provided by law.
