20-6-607. Leasing district property and disposition of any rentals. The trustees of any district may rent, lease, or let any buildings, land, or facilities of the district under the terms specified by the trustees. Any money collected for such rental, lease, or letting may, in the discretion of the trustees, be used for any proper school purpose and deposited in such fund as the trustees consider appropriate.
