37-16-403. Examinations -- time and place. An applicant for a license who is notified by the department that the applicant has fulfilled the requirements of 37-16-402 shall appear at a time and place designated by the board to take written and practical examinations in order to demonstrate that the applicant is qualified to practice the fitting of hearing aids and related devices.
