     37-61-207. Oath. Every person on his admission must take an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the State of Montana and to faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney and counselor at law with fidelity to the best of his knowledge and ability. A certificate of such oath must be endorsed upon the license and a duplicate filed with the clerk.
