     37-69-307. Renewal fees. (1) Subject to subsection (2), a license expires on the date established by rule of the department. A license issued to a master plumber or a journeyman plumber may be renewed without examination, at any time prior to its expiration, by a written request for its renewal directed to the department and the payment of a fee as set by the board for renewal of a master plumber's license or a fee as set by the board for renewal of a journeyman plumber's license. Renewal is for the period established by the department by rule.
     (2) This section may not be interpreted to conflict with 37-1-138.
