     39-71-303. Work paid for in property other than money. When an employer procures work to be done, payment for which is to be made in property other than money or its equivalent and the value of that property is speculative or intangible, the wages of the employees receiving the compensation must be determined in accordance with the going wage for the same or similar work in the district or locality where the work is to be performed.
