     7-13-218. Role of county attorney. The county attorney shall be the legal advisor of the solid waste management districts and boards within the county of his jurisdiction and shall prosecute and defend all suits to which the districts may be a party. A district or board may employ special legal counsel to defend any such suits in the event a conflict of interest would prohibit such defense by the county attorney.
