     7-35-2106. Election details. (1) In its order, the board shall designate whether a special election must be held or whether the matter must be determined at the next general election. If a special election is ordered, the board shall in its order specify the time. A special election must be held in conjunction with a regular or primary election.
     (2) The election must be held in all respects, as nearly as practicable, in conformity with the general election laws.
     (3) At the election, the ballots must contain the words "Cemetery district -- Yes" and "Cemetery district -- No".
